# How to Stake/Unstake GBT

Follow our guide below to stake/unstake GBT in Pools to earn rewards or to claim your deposit!

2\. Access the single-asset staking page by clicking on the \[Pools] menu on the navigation bar.

3\. Choose the Pools contract to deposit your GBT based on the reward you'd like to receive.

4\. Enable the contract by clicking on \[Enable]. You will be prompted to authorize a transaction through the wallet you've connected with.

5\. Click on the \[+] button to interact with the \[Stake GBT Tokens] pop-up.

6\. Select the amount of GBT to stake by either manually entering the quantity or clicking on the percentage buttons below.

7\. Click \[Confirm] and sign the transaction to complete the staking process.

8\. Your rewards will be displayed on the \[GBT Earned] section.

2\. Access the single-asset staking page by clicking on the \[Pools] menu on the navigation bar.

3\. Locate the Pools contract that holds your GBT tokens.

4\. Click on the \[-] button to interact with the \[Unstake GBT] pop-up.

5\. Select the amount of GBT to unstake by either manually entering the quantity or clicking on the percentage buttons below.

6\. Click \[Confirm] and sign the transaction to complete the staking process.

7\. Your GBT deposit and any unharvested rewards in the contract will be redeemed to your wallet.
