# How to Harvest Stake Swap Rewards

Follow our guide below to harvest rewards for staking & burning tokens in Stake Swap contracts!

1\. [Connect Your Wallet](https://docs.grabity.org/products/stake-swap/broken-reference)

2\. Click on the \[Stake Swap] menu on the navigation bar to view contracts.

3\. Locate the Stake Swap contract that holds your unclaimed rewards.

4\. Click on the \[Harvest] button.

5\. Your wallet will prompt you to sign a transaction. Authorize the transaction.

6\. Your rewards will be deposited into your wallet once the transaction is complete
